Logging into the Dashboard

Logging into the Sempo Dashboard

You can only log into the Sempo Dashboard once you have signed up for your account. Please ask your organisation to invite you, check your inbox and spam, and please see "Signing up for Dashboard Access".

To log in, please:

  1. Open an Internet browser and navigate to the webpage of your instance of the Sempo Dashboard. Ask your organisation or Sempo to confirm that URL address if you are unsure. (It may be "[your organisation or country region].withsempo.com").

  2. Log in using your email and the password that you used to sign up.

If you are a superadmin or admin, you may also need to use two-factor authentication for security reasons before you can log into the Sempo App.

What to do if you encounter issues logging in

“Invalid username or password”

Your email or password is incorrect. Please try to reset your password.

“Account has not been activated. Please check your emails.”

You must activate your account before logging in. Go to your inbox and click on the Sempo email to activate. Ask your admin to resend the invite if necessary.

“Invalid email domain”

Please try to sign up via the invite email you have been sent, not via the “sign up” link on the dashboard.

Ask your admin to resend the invite if necessary.

“Password must be at least 6 characters long”

Password must be a minimum strength to sign up on the Sempo platform

“User already exists. Please Log in.”

The email is already registered on the Sempo platform. Please try log in or reset your password.

“Validation failed. Please try again.”

Check that you are using the correct code from your two-factor authenticator app. Contact Sempo if you need your two-factor authentication to be reset.

I can’t edit anything when I log in

You might not have the correct permissions. Ask your admin to change your role.
