Changing a User's Access Tier
To manage an existing user's administrative access tier, you can:
1.Navigate to the settings page
See "Settings" in the left hand side navigation pane.
2. Scroll to find the particular admin user (whose access tier you would like to change)
3. Next to their name, click on the 3 dot action icon 
of the admin user. A submenu will appear, enabling you to enable or disable an admin user, or change their access tier
